Additional Notes:

• At least one author of each paper should register and attend the conference (in person or online) and present their paper.
• 25% discount is offered to IEEE members (upon their registration with their IEEE IDs on the system registration), which is applied during the payment process.
• Students are requested to provide their student ID cards and send their card by email (iww2025@itu.edu.tr) along with the registration receipt.
• For each additional paper (registration fee for an author presenting with more than one paper): $150 for in-person participation and online participants.
• Up to 2 additional papers can be registered for each author.
• For each additional page exceeding 6 pages: $30

Conference fees include the following:

• For in-person conference attendance:
  • Welcome reception.
  • Attendance of conference delegates to conference sessions as well as special sessions.
  • Conference material.
  • The fee of the first published paper and free access to the IWW 2025 conference proceeding at IEEE.
  • Certificate of participation.
  • All the lunches during the IWW conference period.
  • All the tea/coffee breaks during the IWW conference period.
  • Gala dinner.
  • Conference tour.
• For online conference attendance:
  • Attendance of conference delegates to conference sessions as well as special sessions.
  • The fee of the first published paper and free access to the IWW 2025 conference proceeding at IEEE.
