Special Session Proposals

We encourage interested parties for their contributions to special sessions.

Special sessions proposal should include:

• Special session title 
• Brief description of the scope and motivation 
• Special session organizer(s), affiliation(s) and contact information
• Brief biographical information of the special session organizers

One special session should have submission of at least five papers.

The special session organizers are responsible for the aspects related to management and organization such as soliciting submissions and informing the satisfactory number of reviewers for the papers. They are also in charge of selecting reviewers (at least three neutral reviewers) for each paper besides monitoring the review processes in collaboration with the IWW 2025 Conference Program Chairs.
