Speech Title: The Power of Quantum Computation and Communication
Abstract:
By employing the fundamental principles of quantum mechanics to carry out calculations at supreme speeds compared to conventional computing, quantum computation makes use of quantum bits, or qubits, which can exist in multiple states at the same time. Furthermore, when compared to conventional computers, quantum computers are capable of leveraging superposition, entanglement, and quantum interference to address complex problems that exceed the reach of classical systems.
Considering these aspects, the current paper explores the foundational concepts regarding quantum computation, along with its applications in fields like cryptography and optimization. The paper also addresses the current challenges in developing scalable quantum hardware. Focusing on both theoretical and practical aspects, this study puts emphasis on the transformative potential of quantum computation in terms of its impacts on future technology as well as science.
